2020 Board games

 they were fun and exciting and I don't like that there is not enough cards for last card. Sadly  but that is pretty fun that we still have board games. And that is it for my board game. The end

What I have done this year. This year was pretty heck deck but i'm really surprised that we actually got through with this covid pandemic. But still it is really fun being here in Otaki college.  My team is making UNO and we are already finished. We did the rules and  make the card UNO is fun with other people and scary at the same time. Apart from that it is really fine. And name of game was easy to follow the rules and the equipment which was just the cards. 

we finished the game on the 27/11/20.  But we made a little adjustment which some people will not know until you look at are board. But you will not want to leave UNO after you play it. In the group is Kaylis and Karson, David. And that is are game thanks for reading.

Camp

 Curious Cove camp

My favourite part of camp would of be jetty jumping  and spotlight. That was fun but the thing I would really want to would be the confidence course. And the big flying fox to bad to sad. So yeah I would love to go back there and do the flying fox and coincidence course.

The dumb thing that was at camp would of being the poop everywhere. And the confidence because my camp didn't get to go on it sadly.

Ten years time my career

 Walt think about the future 

 I will probably want to be in the army and sas. But after the army in to rugby like the All Blacks or super rugby. I will like to be a sniper or a foot soldier in the army. I don't know what I want to be for that  I would stay at this school Otaki college until I finish school. And then head off to the army. I always wanted to be apart of the army when I was younger. so that is what I want to be in ten years time hopefully this works out.  Who will help me on my way through everything probably my parents and family. I will be in the army because I really want to be in the army

I think I would keep everything the same because I don't have trouble reading or answering the google form. But then you have people that cant read it properly. And so I think we should change it all and make it a little more simply for other people like Tahanna, Issac and Craig.

Well that is because some people don't have the same brain like others. So we should make it a little simpler.

Date 28/8/2020 Walt inform our audience 

 I have learned that drugs are really bad but some can help people with problems. And they can kill people but we had have some sort of drug so it can be in everyone's daily life.

 I also have learned that Kaitiakitanga is how you feel about bad in the world like pollution, air pollution, the rain forest being cut down and all the animals losing their homes because of this. I am writing about air pollution and how it is affecting the world. and this a little bit about it. Air pollution is the fourth-largest threat to human health, behind high blood pressure, dietary risks and smoking. The health risks of breathing dirty air include respiratory infections and cardiovascular diseases, stroke, chronic lung disease and lung cancer. so that is what little bit of I learnt of air pollution.

And now I will be talking about ROAR. it stands for Resilient, OC Pride, Active learner and Respect and if you follow the ROAR it will lead you to a ROAR card. And I have  ROAR in class because I finish my work and follow instruction. And I am a active learner and I respect people and I am Resilient. 

And I do like epic because it is easy to read from the books and plus you can like get through the book faster. And it will help you get through words that you are unsure of. So I reckon it is really helpful.

Hi I am Kita Solo Tama Kanavatoa. My school is Otaki College I am a Year 8.  I have 3 pets all together, one dog and two cats. The dog Is really annoying for us and the neighbours in the morning. I really like playing sports. I play Rugby and Basketball and I skateboard to school. This my profile.

Order of operation/Algebra

The past week i have being learning order of operation/algebra/.

I have learnt that algebra and order of operation hae letters instead of empty boxes and it will be useful for some jobs when you are older. I like order operation because sometimes it can be easy to figure out the question. IT was easy when i got the hang of algebra and order of operations but sometimes it can get confusing.

Algebra is important in your life because you can use it anywhere.Here is some questions.

My holidays 20.7.2020

My first week was so boring because I did nothing but chores. And play games on the computer.

However my second week of the holidays was Alright. I Got new shoes and a haircut and flash clothes. It was really nice. I Had rugby training and went to nga purapura for basketball. Now that was fun.


I saw old friends and made new friends. It was fun. We lost every single game though we tried our best. Took the dog on a walk every day because he would bark non stop for hours on end. On saturday was when my mum and dad, sister went to wellington for flash clothes and shoes.



Sunday was when me and my brother went to paraparaumu because we had to. We got flash shoes and had a nice breakfast. The places we went to in paraparaumu was rebel sports. I forgot the name of the other shop. It was cool I got two new pairs of shoes one are Adidas and chucks which are Converse. I did not get them today because the shop did not have my shoe size. They ordered them in and told my mum and dad to pay for them and that they would call them when they got there. My mum and dad paid for them. And that is the end of my holidays.

My weekend

My weekend

Saturday was really fun because I had rugby against wellington I play for the under 15's. We lost by one point it was 23-22 they only won because they got conversion. I got to play the second half and i only got like ten minutes but that was fine. I still got to dump truck this kid from wellington that was like 14 or 15 I don't know but they had a few big players. It was only a preseason game. I had wished I can get more game time.  My nana and pop were at my rugby game and my pop's sister. It was my aunt's birthday on saturday after my rugby game we had pies and mclare's they were yummy. I had a shower then got dressed ready to go to my aunt's birthday. My nana and sister went to the market and  brought her a gift.


I went to the birthday and when me and my dad went inside my gran and grandad were there and my aunty's. We had three course meals entree and main then pudding. Before we left my aunty made us a hot chocolate.

Sunday
On sunday I said bye to nana and pop. And then got ready for Whiti Te Ra turns out there was no rugby league team fo me. But I got to help with training with them. And I got to have a  suage after the training. then i went home and went on the computer. My mum and dad also my sister went on a walk along the beach. When they got back i went to the skate park for like two hours. I made new friends at the skatepark and that was it that was my weekend. The End.

The queens birthday/holiday 

We have celebrated the holiday since 1788.

The day has been celebrated since 1788, when Governor Arthur Phillip declared a holiday to mark the birthday of the King of Great Britain. Until 1936, it was held on the actual birthday of the monarch, but, after King George V died, it was decided to keep the date on the second Monday in June. Well that's why we celebrate the queens birthday.

My holiday 

I woke up in the morning on saturday and I had a shower Then had breakfast.

I did my chores I woke up my parents and we got ready to leave. About 12:00 clock we left  we were heading to my Koro place. It was along drive so long in fact we stop three times just for toilet break's for my dog his name is Dox.

We did not go through Desert rd because that would take longer we went through King Country. We went through Taumarunui. When we arrived to My Koro and aunty Marg We got to have beef stue it was nice then we got to have a milo and that's the end.
